Role: Clamp Truck Driver (FLT)

Contract: Temp to Perm Contract to start ASAP!!

Location: B37 – Marston Green, Birmingham

Salary: £13.98ph + shift allowance

Hours: Rotating Shifts – 6.00am – 2.00pm / 2.00pm -10.00pm – Mon – Fri (Night shifts from May 2026)

Your Recruiters are currently hiring an experienced Clamp FLT Truck Driver to join a leading manufacturing company based in the Marston Green (B37) area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled forklift operator looking for consistent hours, competitive pay, and long-term prospects.

Requirements:

  • Valid Clamp FLT (Counterbalance) license – ESSENTIAL
  • Proven experience operating a Clamp Truck in a warehouse or recycling environment
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, physically active setting
  • Strong awareness of health & safety

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Clamp Forklift Truck safely and efficiently to move and stack materials
  • Load and unload bales from trucks and containers using the clamp attachment
  • Conduct daily inspections and ensure routine maintenance of FLT equipment
  • Adhere to all site safety procedures and operational guidelines
  • Work as part of a team to support waste and recycling operations

  • Guaranteed full-time hours (Monday to Friday)
