In this pivotal role, you will work closely with Sales and Marketing and collaborate with the Account Managers to drive the success of large-scale programs. Your leadership will ensure projects run smoothly, timelines are met, and client expectations are exceeded.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and oversee large-scale programs, from planning through to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process Design & Optimization: Create efficient processes for Account and Project Managers, ensuring seamless project flow and consistent quality delivery.
  • Programme & Diary Management: Coordinate schedules, coach placements, and maintain overall programme timelines.
  • OTD Compliance: Utilize the OTD360 platform to track project progress, ensuring that timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met on time and in full.
  • Quality & Risk Management: Proactively monitor project quality, address potential risks, and maintain the highest standards across all deliverables.
  • Support Account Managers: Assist Account Managers with streamlining project processes, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction. On occasion, take full ownership of customer accounts and manage projects end-to-end.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain precise project documentation and provide regular updates to customers, internal teams, and senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in project management, particularly in customer-facing roles, preferably in the Learning & Development and/or with a background in pharmaceutical/life sciences industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex project details and updates to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects without compromising on quality.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying risks and proactively solving problems using data-driven insights.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management, e. g PMPPRINCE2, or Agile certifications is a requirement.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and project coordination.
