Job Title: CNC Miller Operator / Setter
Location: Leicester, LE2
Pay: £14 – £15 per hour
Hours: Monday – Thursday | DAY SHIFT
Working Week: 39 hours paid

This role would suit someone with previous CNC milling experience who is confident operating machinery and carrying out basic setting duties to keep production running efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating CNC milling machines
• Setting machines ready for production
• Loading and unloading components
• Carrying out machine adjustments where required
• Checking finished components against required specifications
• Using measuring equipment to monitor quality
• Identifying machining issues and making basic corrections
• Working across repeat production and varied engineering work
• Maintaining quality and productivity standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous CNC milling experience
• Experience operating CNC milling machines
• Ability to carry out machine setting duties
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
• Comfortable using standard measuring equipment
• Good attention to detail
• Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Reliable and able to work independently
