Job Title: Fabrication Supervisor

Location: Leicester, LE7

Shift: Monday – Thursday | 2:00pm – Midnight | Fridays Off

Pay: Starting from £17 per hour

We’re recruiting for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to lead a skilled late shift team within a high quality sheet metal fabrication environment. This is a hands on role for someone who understands fabrication processes, keeps standards high, and can keep production moving smoothly.

You’ll be supervising a late shift team made up of press brake operators, welders, and laser operators, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising and supporting the late shift fabrication team
• Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
• Providing technical guidance across fabrication processes
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment
• Communicating clearly with management and production teams

What You’ll Need:

• Extensive sheet metal fabrication experience – essential
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes including welding, laser cutting, and press work
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• A proactive, hands on approach to leadership
