We’re working with a brilliant UK manufacturer that designs, develops and manufactures bespoke retail displays, fixtures and fittings for some seriously impressive high street and luxury brands.

Think eye catching displays, premium retail environments and the kind of projects that make you stop and appreciate the workmanship behind them.

And the best part? They do it all under one roof.

With around 200 employees across design, engineering, fabrication, joinery, acrylics and manufacturing, this is a business where skilled people turn creative ideas into real, finished products.

They’re now looking for 6 experienced MIG Welders to join their night shift fabrication team.

What’s the work like?

Forget churning out the same component day after day. This is predominantly thin gauge fabrication, producing metal components for bespoke retail projects.

You’ll be:

• MIG welding mild steel and other suitable materials, predominantly between 1mm and 5mm thick.
• Working with tube sections and fabricated components.
• Producing neat, accurate welds with a strong focus on appearance and quality.
• Working as part of a fabrication team producing components for retail displays and installations.
• Taking pride in work that’s going into finished products for major retail customers.

TIG experience would be a bonus, but it’s absolutely not essential.

What we’re looking for

Someone who knows their way around a MIG welder and genuinely takes pride in the finished result.

You’ll ideally have experience with thin gauge fabrication, good attention to detail and the confidence to produce clean, consistent welds.

We’re much more interested in what you can actually do than how impressive your CV looks.

The hours

Monday to Thursday, 4pm–2am.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday are your usual days off, unless you’re working additional overtime.
