We’re recruiting two Fabrication Supervisors to join a high-quality sheet metal environment in Leicester. These are hands-on roles where you’ll be leading experienced operators across press brake, welding and laser, while keeping production moving and standards high.

This isn’t a step-back, clipboard role. You’ll be on the shop floor, supporting the team, solving problems and making sure jobs are delivered properly.

You’ll be responsible for supervising a skilled fabrication team, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. You’ll act as the link between production and management, keeping communication clear and the shift running smoothly.

Job Role: Fabrication Supervisor (2 Roles Available – AM or PM Shift)
Location: Leicester (LE7)
Shifts available:

• AM Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm (starting on £16.00 per hour)
• PM Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm – Midnight (starting on £17.00 per hour, Fridays off)

Contract Type: Permanent employment from day 1

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supporting a fabrication team on shift
• Driving output while maintaining quality standards
• Providing technical support across welding, laser and press brake operations
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Keeping the workshop safe, organised and running efficiently
• Communicating with management and other departments to keep production on track

What you’ll need:

• Strong background in sheet metal fabrication (essential)
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience
• Good understanding of welding, laser cutting and press work
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Hands-on approach with the confidence to lead from the front
